Positive: The location is excellent. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the main car park and a 5 minute walk to Pythagorio where the bars and restaurants are. The apartment is spacious and there is a nice balcony in the back which is private. Host was also very responsive and friendly. Water pressure was quite good.

Negative: The house had a very weird smell of either bug spray or was musty and it wouldn't go away with trying to air it out. Also, there was only one air conditioner for the entire apartment and as mentioned the apartment is quite large. Lastly, it lacked little things that Greek places usually offer, e.g., like a complimentary bottle of water.

Negative: Despite detailed directions on how to find the house, it did take us a little extra time.

Positive: excellent location for airport pick up and for walking into the port. We stayed when temperatures were very high and the appartment was lovely and cool. It is in a small residential area; quiet and with lovely greek residents. Felt very safe.

Negative: Maybe a bread knife? (or perhaps I missed it)

Positive: The apartment is superb very large and very comfortable , big kitchen and lounge area. Bedrooms are big too with plenty of storage . Super clean and the host is very friendly. I've travelled a lot and this is certainly one of the best.

Positive: There was an understanding that offered comfort as if we were staying in our own home in a different country. The location, cleanliness and complete structure of the house offered us a really perfect accommodation. When we go to Samos again, it is the only place I will use for accommodation.
