Positive: Friendly host, good location for a one-night stay, quiet house.

Negative: Everything in one of the bedrooms, and partly also in the hallway, reeked of cigarette smoke. We have once been in the ground-level apartment in the same building and had no such problem. But this night's stay was very unpleasant for all of us.
