Positive: Great fitness room, just remember to hold the button of the sauna for at least 5 seconds or it's a 90 min wait before you can get it to work, the kitchen was simple but ample and the location was fantastic for the Filzmoos slopes and meant very little walking was required! The staff was attentive to queries and kept everything clean in the communal areas. Definitely want to come back in the future.

Positive: Good stay with use of the sauna (needs to be pre booked) Close to the 6 lift (walkable in snowboarding shoes. Less comfy for skiboots) The extra “shared living g room” gave an extra space to play some games.
Negative: Soft beds and shame sauna cannot be used for free everyday.
Summary: Family town. Appartement slightly outside the town, which is ok if you are ok with the company you are with
