Positive: The location is central. The apartment was very clean and well organised. The managers were very attentive to our needs over email and checkin/checkout was very easy.

Negative: Thus is not a criticism of the apartment but for people arriving by car it’s an important topic. There are very restricted parking chances in central Stade because most of the inner part is pedestrian only. The parking instructions could be updated to include the parking area near the fish and chips place, which we found the most convenient option. There are many construction areas on Harschenflether Weg and I would not recommend parking there - this seems to be outdated info.
