Luxury apartment of over 100m2 with lots of character, including exposed beams.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms with a private bathroom each and a double sofa bed (BZ) on the mezzanine.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200), the third bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and the last bedroom has two single beds (90x190).
The apartment is ideally located near the Place de l'Hotel de Ville to discover the City of Lights.
We draw attention to the fact that, as in all old character buildings, the sound insulation has a relative performance: out of courtesy towards the other occupants of the building our visitors agree to respect the usual rules of good neighborliness, and in particular to have a responsible attitude in terms of noise pollution.
Any overflow will be subject to police intervention.
This 106m2 apartment can accommodate up to 10 people (three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a mezzanine with a comfortable double sofa bed). Enjoy the entire apartment and be free to use all the amenities, unlimited internet, TV, fitted kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, two portable air conditioners and two fans.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. You will only be given two set of keys for your stay. You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.

Located in the heart of Lyon (1st arrondissement), on the peninsula, at the level of the Hotel de Ville, you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quays of Soane and direct access to Vieux-Lyon.
By staying here, you will be able to move exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.
In addition, you will be a 5-minute walk from Croix Paquet metro station and 10 minutes from the Hotel de Ville metro station.
If you arrive by car, there are paid spaces right next to the building depending on availability or at the LPA Parking - Hôtel de ville, (Place Louis Pradel, 69001 Lyon), the closest to the apartment (around 30 euros) per day), less than 10 minutes on foot. Watch out for the climb.
