Summary: Great lodge in Francistown for 5 persons. Amazing dinner with a lot of choice. Staff very pleasna tand helpful. I and my older children did a great running around the Digger at 18h. All fantastic

Summary: The family room met our needs, the check in staff, not really helpful attitude after we had travelled a long distance and it was later in the evening with small children, a small guidance on how to unload and get bags in would have helped. Check out was an unnecessary long process, the lady wanted to check which site I booked through, even after I confirmed via Expedia, she wanted to share how with the other sites payment is not taken.
