Positive: A wonderful property surrounded by a great garden and bush filled with bird life. Spotlessly clean, light, so spacious , generously equipped and perfect for a group. The location is great too. Coffs Coast Accommodation were exceptional to deal with, nothing too much trouble and great communication. Thank you so much

Negative: Nails in decking on verandah raised and cause issues if bare footed.. needs new air conditioning in main living area as does not cool the space on 30deg day.. or get fans in this area.. no shade over pool

Positive: Location was great. Plenty of space for a large party. Pool toys were a bonus.
Negative: Advertised as three bathrooms when really only 3 toilets not three showering facilities.Consists of en-suite shower room with toilet,one family bathroom with bath &shower and a separate toilet. In the laundry room is another toilet only. Also WiFi didn’t reach the en-suite bedroom.

Positive: Lovely spacious property which accommodates large family group. Pool is like a resort pool, such a relaxing area to spend time together.
Negative: We found the house uncomfortably warm as the weather was quite high humidity during our stay. Only one split system AC in main living area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, though none in family room which houses the main TV.
