Positive: What I like most about the hotel is the mountain view from my room. It’s beautiful to watch the clouds settle on the mountain top every morning.
Negative: I wish the staff had a better understanding of the English language.

Positive: The place itself is really beautiful, calm with a relaxing atmosphere. The villa was nice (but not equipped for people with disabilities/strollers). The restaurant was very good. The children entertainment part was very well equipped.
Negative: 1. It was very surprising in a negative way to find out after the booking that pool has an entrance fee. We were notified about it after the booking but at least prior our arrival. However the property was listed as having a pool. 2. We arrived just 50 minutes earlier and asked for an early check-in but the receptionist stated in a cold way that she can’t provide room early and we can go to restaurant and wait. It could have been done in a more subtle and customer-oriented manner. 3. Though in general the staff members were nice and friendly, our small inquiries took hours to get or were left unanswered mostly. For instance, we waited for more than an hour for extra glasses and didn’t get a vase after asking for it more than two times. 4. The road to the place was really bad. P.S. the place has a great potential, so please take this notes into consideration

Positive: The property is great for families. My kids loved the play areas and swimming pools, and the gym, sauna, and cold plunge were a nice bonus. The restaurant was also pretty good.
Negative: What I didn’t expect was the lack of a concierge service..no one showed us around or even helped us to the room at check-in, so it took a while to figure things out. Communication was also a bit tricky since many of the staff don’t speak much English. Another thing to keep in mind: the nearby supermarket doesn’t have many basics, so it’s better to bring what you need, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

Positive: From the majestic tranquility of the surrounding mountains, to the clean and comfortable apartment rooms and the relaxing spa services, this resort is all about unwinding and forgetting your worldly troubles. Perfectly aiding in that goal is the warm and helpful staff, who will always try their best to fulfill the guests' wishes. Add to the mix a more than adequate restaurant, and you'll have an offer that's almost unbeatable for the money asked.
Negative: While the staff, as mentioned, will gladly go above and beyond, it seems like there simply isn't enough of them, which does leave the otherwise excellent service lacking in the promptness department.
