Dillon House is a charming two bedroom home featuring large windows in all rooms to make the best use of natural light and capture Marlborough's plentiful sun.It possesses a separate and bright fully equipped kitchen through to the cosy, fully furnished living room with flat screen 43inch TV and heat-pump.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a new toilet, vanity and large shower .The laundry is in a seperate room. The property is nestled on a secure north-facing section with good indoor/outdoor flow from the living room to an outdoor deck and garden. Foldaway single bed with mattress and bedding (if required) Guests are asked to NOT to park on the front lawn. Tea, coffee and sugar provided Special conditions: No Parties or Events permitted Smoking permitted outdoors only . Minimum stay two nights No pets please . Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.

Summary: The house was really well set up, beds comfy, extra blankets, pillows and towels if needed, lots of Kitchen items, the property had everything we needed. Location was excellent, close to town centre. It was great that the check-in process was so easy and no long instruction manuals, very easy and relaxing. Highly recommend. Many thanks

Summary: We were very happy with our stay at Dillon house in Blenheim. Due to the rainy trip to Blenheim, we didn't stop anywhere on the journey from Motueka and as a result of that we arrived in Blenheim earlier than expected. Our host, Mary Ann, very kindly allowed us to enter her house earlier than stated We were very grateful and after dropping the cases off in the house, we were able to explore the surroundings and Blenheim town as well. The house was very clean and well equipped - we had a wonderful time.
