The host, Dimitra, was fantastic and very helpful with recommendations and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean. She even had a bottle of wine to welcome us. Great place to stay in Athens.

Positive: The apartment is very quiet, well equipped, clean & roomy. It overlooks a back coutyard so there is no street noise. The location is in a typical Athenian area away from the tourist crowds, but walking distance into the centre. There are many cafes, supermarkets & a range of eating places very close. Dimitra the friendly owner made the stay very easy by always being available should a problem arise, & allowing us to checkout in the evening & driving us to the airport.

Positive: All the facilities were good. Everything very clean. And the host was very helpful. Very pleasant place. Also has an outdoor part with orange fruit tree.

Positive: A remarkable place to stay in Athens. It welcomes you with a bottle of Greek wine from Dimitra! It is situated in a safe area, not far from the historical center, close to public transportation stops. The street is busy with small cafes where you can buy your cup of coffee with sweets in the morning, and various shops. Though the place is full of life, nothing will disturb your peace after an active touristic day - the windows are facing the backyard, and you hear no street noise even when the dual-pane windows are widely open. Thin soft linen and high quality mattress allow you for undisturbed sleep. The apartment is equipped with everything that a tourist may need. The kitchen lets you feel at home; you don’t need to think about shampoo, washing materials, chargers for every phone with every cable type possible – careful Dimitra has prepared everything for you. She knows the area well, and if you ask she will tell you how to spend your time and money in the most effective way. Dimitra, we are looking forward to our next visit!

Positive: An attentive and super helpful host! Pretty much anything you could possibly need (an umbrella, plastic wrap and tin foil, laundry detergent pods, chargers) is prepared for you. Ms Dimitria was super quick to respond to my questions and accommodate my slightly later check out time. Her recommendations for food were excellent as well! Bed was firm and comfortable, bathroom a good size, full kitchen, and extra linens and blankets. AC worked too. The location is in a less touristy area, which is nice if that’s what you’re looking for. About 20-25 minute walk from Evangelismo Metro station. About 30 minute walk to the Acropolis. We walked everywhere we went.

Negative: The unit is in the basement of the building, and the light switch for the hallway automatically turns off. A bit spooky! Would be nice if the light switch was at the top of the stairs, but maybe i just missed it.

Positive: Very nice area with a lot of shops and supermarkets, relatively close to the key attractions of Athens. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-equipped. The hostess was very kind and helpful, helped us a lot in finding parking upon arrival, giving us very useful and good recommendations for restaurants, cafes, shops and the best ways to reach some city's points.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay there.
