Summary: We stay here whenever we come to Anchorage. This hotel has never failed to please. Price is mid to high in the mid-range as hotels go but worth it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spacious w a separate shower in addition to a garden style soaking tub. The breakfast is better than okay with warm and cold pre-made selections which I have always found good, it comes with the room so you can't argue w the price but again it's always satisfied me.

Summary: The staff was friendly yet professional. Rayn even helped me get my luggage inside on a very snowy day. The breakfast was excellent. The room as clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was a VERY slow drain in the sink in our room 111. It would collect all water and drain very slowly. I reported it at check out. Hopefully that will be fixed before the next traveler stays there.

Summary: Perfect for a quick trip. Easy booking. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a mile if it’s not busy with airport transfers. Clean rooms. Great staff.

Summary: The airport shuttle was waiting for us, our plane arrived late. They took us back to the airport in the am to get our rental car. It was a vital service for both of us. We had never been to Alaska before.

Summary: The hotel is in a solid location: less than a block to walmart and a mall. Roughly a 15-minute drive from downtown Anchorage. There is a free hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Staff was great, asked to move rooms due to the loudness in our room from being next to the mechanical room. The staff was accommodating and helped us move rooms within minutes. We will be staying here again next time we visit Anchorage.
