Positive: Newly renovated house, well-stocked kitchen, and fireplace.

Negative: The house is located in the middle of nowhere: no shops, no restaurants/cafes, no places to go. All bathrooms are not heated, it is not comfortable during winter. The property itself is relatively small, with small bedrooms and a narrow stairway.
