Positive: Really cool location. Nice, quiet and private. The blackout curtains were appreciated. The host was kind and attentive. The check-in instructions were clear.

Negative: The shower design was cool, but a lot of water splashed off to the sides and the floors got wet.

Positive: Interior design - essential and simple. The view from the bathroom - original. Easy access and great info of the area. Appreciated the sound-proofing of fixtures. Terme Bataglia is a great place from which to go off on your bike. Gluten free biscuits a nice touch.

Negative: Wider selection of teas. Some condiments (salt / pepper / vinegar / EVO) would have been welcome.
