Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: You can park right in front of the apartment entrance. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen and a toilet. The bedroom is upstairs. Nice comfortable shower cabin The staircase is fairly steep. The room is clean and nicely finished. It has everything you might need. If you take a 5 minutes walk to the town center, you’ll come across a belvedere with wonderful views of the hills and mountains. Highly recommended.

Negative: Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the room. If you're a tall man and used to doing certain things standing up, you might find it difficult, as the toilet bowl is located right under the stairs. I would recommend that the owner provide a welcome letter with instructions on how to access the apartment and where to leave the keys. This would make check-in easier, especially if you don’t speak Italian and can’t call the owner.

Positive: Small apartment: first floor kitchen bathroom, second floor bedroom with big double bed. Basic equipment for cooking and breakfast with ingredients (coffee, sugar milk brioche fruit) Very nice host. Plenty towels and extra blanket. Best view ever from balcony to the snowmountains in 20 km distance ( so be prepaired for cold in winterseason ) electric heaters are there. The host will install later a airconditioner for cooling/heating. Location good for hiking and seaside visits. Free Parking (on Thursdays morning some places are off limit for parking) On the piazza 1 min walk grocerystore, 2 min walk trattoria/bar warm food on order beforehand for very reasonable price.

Negative: Being the first visitor all was fine!!!!!! Wifi would be a „nice to have“ but it was beforehand in the description that it was not abailable at time of my visit (February 2025)
