The house has a private courtyard on the ground floor of about 40sqm and one in common in front of the entrance and closed by a gate that guarantees a pleasant privacy. The private courtyard is suggestively illuminated and equipped to eat outside on warm summer evenings among the flowering plants and under the bougainvillea pergola. easy and safe parking for nearby cars and for medium-sized cars it is possible to park just outside the entrance court.
