Positive: La struttura è stupenda, quando si varca il cancello sembra d’entrare in un’oasi di pace. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne, eleganti e pulitissime. La colazione è una chicca, delizie siciliane che ti permettono di iniziare la giornata al meglio. Ma il vero cuore della dimora sono gli host Umberto e Diego che con la loro passione ed il loro amore ti accolgono e ti coccolano dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno.
Negative: È stato tutto perfetto.

Positive: Wonderful place created by Umberto and Diego. Loved the rooms and the breakfast and the hosts! U&D are friendly, helpful hosts and we got to see so much of this wonderful place with thanks to them. Rooms are aesthetically and creatively designed very haute couture with Sicilian flavours. We had some terrible beds and pillow leading up to this stay. The beds here and the pillows were incredible we slept so well! What a godsend that was. Rooms are very quiet and dark too. Newly built. They made our stay in Lampedusa so good it was definitely a favourite on the whole trip of Italy. We hadn’t booked anything and yet by the time we left we had seen the highlights of the island in the most beautiful way. Umberto ensured we went on the best yatch tour it was fantastic. We also didn’t have a car but they referred us to the most wonderful little taxi service to get around the island. They sent us to the most delicious restaurants. And we had lots of lovely chats and discussions! They even lent us an ombrellone one day. Breakfast is included and let me tell you it is the most wonderful food. Authentic, gourmet Lampedusan/Sicilian. So beautifully prepared and served. And the almond milk is speciale! Umberto makes very good coffee. He even made us a little breakfast and coffee before we had to set off for the next trip so kind and gentile! Highly recommend staying here if you want a personal and boutique resort experience. It was a wonderful base for us to explore Lampedusa. Grazie tanto Umberto & Diego, ci vediamo à la Prossima Volta!
Negative: No complaints! When I come next I would like full fat yoghurt not Tutto magro yoghurt. 😂

Positive: Our stay at Dimora Spugnara has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Diego and Umberto made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail created a truly memorable experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, always anticipating our needs with genuine care and kindness. One of the most special touches was the delicious local snacks and drinks they brought us, allowing us to experience and appreciate the authentic flavors of Lampedusa. The property itself is beautiful, but it is the hospitality of Diego and Umberto that makes Dimora Spugnara truly outstanding. Their passion for what they do shines through in every interaction. We are incredibly grateful for such a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Lampedusa.

Positive: We were amazed from the moment we pulled up! The property was beautiful, the rooms super clean, beds delightfully comfortable and our hosts Umberto & Diego were absolutely fantastic! They treated us like family and made sure we enjoyed every moment we were there. In the morning we were treated to spread of Sicilian goodies that were delectable and difficult to stop eating! We were hungry on one afternoon when we returned from an all day boat trip and they made us some delicious bites and gave us a bottle of wine! They also allowed us to keep one of our rooms late into the day so that we can all shower before our flight after a beach day as our flight was not until 1900. The bonus was when one of us left our AirPod behind. We called them from the airport to let them know so that they could mail it to us. Instead they chose to jump into the car and drive to the airport to deliver it to us in person! Simply a wonderful overall experience!!!

Positive: Feeling is that this simply is a unique place in Lampedusa. If you are looking for something chilled, elegant, super clean, cosy and with that touch of Sicilian warmth this is a must be/live/see. Perfect location at just 5 mins from the city center. Everything felt much better than we were looking for. By my honest opinion it also comes at -20/30% pricing compared to the island’s alternatives - strong suggestion is to book it as soon as possible, as the demands may soon spike and lead to a comprehensibly higher pricing. Both Umberto and Diego were incredible hosts who made us feel at home from the very first to the last moment and in a very special way. Thanks again for that memorable stay. 🙏🏻🌅
