Positive: Wonderful location on this coast, park outside the wonderful old villa walk under the railway and you are on an unspoilt beach . Great to swim and a couple of great restaurants and a bar right on the beach

Negative: Nothing . We thought checking in would be hard as it is remote- it is easy

Positive: A beautiful Italian Villa with some interesting Italian antique furnishings. Situated next to the beach which has some delightful little restaurants for during day and night. Delightful staff, helpful & spoke good English. Breakfast in the courtyard garden was very tasty.

Negative: A few Parking spaces outside hotel if you’re lucky. Otherwise you have to park on station car park a short walk away. Trains run very close to Villa but the double glazed windows prevented them disturbing our sleep.

Summary: A beautiful Italian villa next to the beach.
