Positive: Central location within Stresa - close to grocery shops, cafeterias, restaurants and the promenade, all were easily accessible within a 5 minute walk. Apartment was very clean, cozy and tidy. Multiple kitchen utensils available, washing machine, hair dryer and towel dryer. The espresso machine added a nice touch! Apartment had AC included (one in kitchen, one in the bedroom). Perfect for couples or two-person stay.
Negative: There are no elevators and the apartment is located on the third floor. This can be tricky if carrying large luggage around however shouldn't be much of a problem if you pack light!

Positive: Very quiet yet very close to Plaza and main part of town. Very clean and owners helpful.
Negative: Just realize that 1st floor is still about 20 steps up so take this in mind with luggage. Not a deal breaker but for older people may be a problem.

Positive: This property is amazing. It has everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. It has an excellent functional layout,is very tastefully decorated and is very clean.. The amenities are exceptional. The location could not be better, right in the heart of town but also very private and quiet. You can stroll from the apartment to the lake in a matter of minutes. The hosts are exceptional people who care about their guests and make themselves available to answer queries and/or make recommendations. This property represents excellent value for money. My wife and I highly recommend this stand out property.
Negative: There was nothing not to like.
Summary: This is an outstanding property right in the heart of town.

Positive: Beautiful property in the centre of Stresa , parking is quite difficult but we managed to find some free parking. Very secure , hosts interacted very well !
Negative: Probably needs a few more kitchen items
