Summary: Arrival at the location around 6:30 pm and we processed in through the community management. It took about 20 minutes from arrival to getting tot he rental unit. After entering the rental and settling in, we looked around to note any issues due to lessons learned from prior rentals. The carpeting and bedroom furniture show heavy signs of use. There were stains on the carpet, patch work visible in bathrooms. We did have an issue on several days with bugs in the kitchen area. Owner had fumigator come out to spray several areas throughout the home, but we saw more bugs after they sprayed especially around the refrigerator. Overall, the rental is in need of a total refresh from carpets to paint and issue with bugs.The good thing I can say was that the pool was nice which we paid to have heated during our stay. Travel time to Disney Parks during rush hours took between 30 - 40 minutes.

Summary: The check in process is ODD. You check in ,go to the club house, and hunt down someone to write you a parking pass (that’s a first). However, you can park more than 2 cars!! There were issues that the owner responded to quickly. We wanted to grill and the grill was falling apart and out of propane. We had to leave and get propane, and my husband pieced the grill back together. The house is dated. The kitchen is stocked really well! For the 2 days we stayed it was good.
