Summary: We all enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy enough for six adults, clean and nicely decorated. Stacey was easy to communicate with. This was our first time renting a house and everyone agreed it was a great choice for our family.

Summary: Broadkill is close to anything you want/need. My family and dogs LOVED the property that was close to the water. The property is gorgeously decorated but durable for dogs and owner Stacey was very responsive and a lovely person! She has everything you could need/want at the property during your vacation. My sister and her family stayed in Lewes and preferred to be at Broadkill for the beach days! My family will definitely be a staple at her house for many vacations to come!! Ideal family beach home!

Summary: Stacey and Chris's beach house was an absolute bargain. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. Communication leading up to and during was constant - rather refreshing actually. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beach access right across from the house. Stacey has everything you will need from spices in the kitchen to dog towels to beach chairs/umbrellas/floats. If you want to get away from the rush, go see Stacey's house. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Great location. Lots of thoughtful touches in the house and plenty of towels. Outdoor shower was useful for kids and dogs. Screened in porch was a great for breakfast while watching the sun rise.

Summary: This property was everything we could have asked for during our stay in Broadkill. From the beginning, the owner was very accommodating of our request for a shortened stay (4 nights). Leading up to and through our stay, communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house itself was clean and well stocked. The best part has to be the screened in porch. It was great to be able to sit out there in the evenings and not have to worry about bugs. There are plenty of chairs available if needed along with a beach cart. The beach access is right across the street. 2 minutes and you’re on the beach! I would highly recommend this property and will likely book again!

Summary: Stacey did a great job with this cute cottage. It’s a great spot right across the street from the beach. The decor is perfectly beachy and updated. Nice touches like Alexa, beach towels, automatic vacuum and comfy beds. This area is so quiet, it’s a nice getaway from the busy beaches-perfect for skim boarding and walks on the beach.

Summary: The cottage was newly renovated and was pleasant and very comfortable. A short walk to the beach. Our grandchildren made friends with children in nearby cottages and they had a wonderful time. The beds were super. The owner was hands on and ready to help. Would love to rent again.
