Summary: Stay right on the beach. Drag your beach chair right down to the shore. Walk out the back door right into the sand. Watch the sunset from your patio. Unit was clean and tidy. Remodeled. It was in good condition. Beach equipment was sparse and the chairs and mats need to be replaced. Owner did not respond to our concerns about this until after we checked out 4 days later. That was a little disappointing. Even with the junk beach furniture I would go back again.

Summary: Great location, very messy outside trash and litter everywhere, around the side of the house looks like a junk yard, not very well kept. House also needs serious maintenance. A few hours of TLC outside could make a difference, clearly whomever owns this place does not care. No attention is being given to cleanliness and small details.

Summary: We have known and loved this part of Florida, visiting in the Winter time for 35-plus years. We feel this is the best way for us to get away from northern snows and relax in an true Old Florida atmosphere. No glitz or glamour, just a gorgeous sunny beach, wildlife, starry skies at night, great seafood in numerous local restaurants, and many conveniences nearby. This was a perfect cottage for the two of us to relax in, and the proximity to the beach is what makes it worth every penny. We hope to return! Thank you!
