Direct Gulf Front Views! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the first floor has been completely remodeled with top of the line finishes. Walk out the lanai and your on the beach ! Create amazing meals in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets, granite countertops, glass tiled backsplash and large island. The open dining room has seating for six, a beautiful light fixture and nautical artwork. The large living-room, with views of the lanai and beach, has two comfortable couches and a flat screen TV. Relax on the open lanai with views of the beach and the Gulf. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, amazing views and soothing décor. The master bathroom features marble floors and counter-top, dual sinks and marble shower. Your friends and family will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom with twin beds and soothing décor. The guest bathroom features a marble sink and glass tiled shower. Wood floors through out this luxurious condo.
Listen to the waves break, walk the shell lined beach, play a game of tennis, relax on the top deck and watch world renowned sunsets. A true Sanibel Island beach vacation!
This is a no smoking complex. No smoking allowed on lanais, in the units or on the grounds.

Summary: We absolutely loved this condominium. The furnishings were tasteful, colorful and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Modern, new appliances. I could have spent the week in the gorgeous lanai. The proximity to the water was beyond expectations. To be on the ground floor and walk out the back door and be on the small private beach was wonderful. We hope to return next winter.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bend and wish we had stayed longer. It was clean, beautifully remodeled and decorated, and only steps from the beach! The location was so nice. Quiet yet a short distance from anywhere we needed to get in Sanibel. We cannot wait to visit again!

Summary: It’s hard to imagine getting any closer to the beach. On the first floor with the waves less than 50 yards away and nothing obstructing the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable (admittedly, we only used the master BR). The kitchen, eating area and living room is all open and very comfortable. The lanai in front would have been great, but it was a bit too hot and humid when we were there (even at the end of October). Wifi was strong and dependable. An excellent property that’s also convenient to shops and restaurants on Sanibel. We’d gladly return!

Summary: Rented Sandy Bend 3 and it was amazing! The property was clean, the furnishings were very tasteful and we were literally steps from the beautiful, uncrowned beach! Had everything we needed so it felt like home away from home! Communication with Kingfisher, the property management team, was top notch and the contactless checkin was very easy. I plan to return and can’t wait to go back!

Summary: Had everything we needed. The only disappointment was the beach at high tide...very little beach to put a chair down...the hurricane had passed through & it took the Gulf 5 days to calm down, Making it rough & more like the Atlantic Ocean!

Summary: We simply loved the property! Super convenient location, oceanfront with a SUNSET beach! We had the most amazing time with our family.
