We are new to the vacation rentals and we are excited to host you at our 1 bedroom, 1 bath newly remodeled ocean front condo with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee with sunrise over Haleakala Crater. Green sea turtles rest almost every night on the beach in front of the condo. In winter months enjoy the breaching of the whales right in front of your eyes while enjoying your favorite beverage from the lanai (balcony).
California king bed, Sub Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. The only heated pool and hot tub in Maalaea.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, Vita Mix blender, coffee maker, rice maker. We also have a bbq next to the beach.
A 5 minute walk to Maalaea Village where you will find a grocery store/deli, Maui Ocean Center, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants and food trucks. You can also catch the dinner and snorkel cruises that leave from the harbor.
We are centrally located. 15 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Lahaina and 10 minutes to Kihei.

Summary: The property was centrally located. It allowed us to easily explore all areas of Maui. The unit was very clean & well maintained. It was perfect for 2 adults. We enjoyed the gorgoeous ocean view from our lanai as we watched for whales. We especially enjoyed our daily trips to the small beach area to watch the Hawaiian green sea turtles come onshore. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: The condo is in a 4 story building adjacent to the ocean. It is comfortable, beautifully decorated and all necessities are provided. Also provided are beach chairs, beach towels and other items for your use. It sits over the pool and hot tub, which can be noisy, but quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am. It is a great location within walking distance to a small beach, the aquarium, shopping, a couple of restaurants and whale watch harbor. Highly recommend Tante’s at the Maalaea Harbor. Their happy hour is great and the service, food and prices are great!

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet place to get away from it all, this is your place. Very centrally located to the airport, Kihei, and Kaanapalli. Wake up to amazing sunrises, watch the turtles come up on the beach every night, and walk down the street to the very nice public beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler were a great bonus. Bedroom was a little warm, but a ceiling fan and a portable fan were available. Enjoy!

Summary: This host did such a fantastic job with all the little details, wow! Everything to make coffee including creamer in the fridge and filters in the cabinet. Loved the gift of local coconut coffee—it was so good! Binoculars for wildlife watching. Multiple fans for the bedroom, as the condo did stay pretty warm if you are used to it cold. Enjoyed our stay, thank you guys!
