Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp directly on the North side of the building.

- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.

- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21
- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
- Checkout: all we ask is take out the trash and wash any dishes you used. That's it!

Summary: Love that it was ocean front,close to the beach.Whis that the pool was done ,but I guess they have to wait there turn.Room had all the things for a short get away. House keeping could pay a little more attention to the shower, and the ac vents ,but we had a good time and that's all that matters.

Summary: We were looking for a quick, inexpensive getaway to the beach for Memorial Day weekend and found this to be a great option. I did not realize the extent of the damage Daytona Beach suffered during last hurricane season. However, currently, there are no stairs leading to the beach from this resort, so we ended up driving on the beach, as we had too much to carry down ourselves. Additionally, the pool was closed, but we were there for the beach, so it wasn't a problem. Our hosts informed us of this before we arrived. The location was great and the beach was beautiful.

Summary: Love the location. Clean and comfortable.Suggestion: Less “decor”. The fake trees and tabletop clutter were in the way. Add narrow wall shelves on each side of vanity and more hooks for towels and clothes. It was cold so didn’t matter that the pool was closed but if it had been warm, I’d have been ticked.

Summary: Although the property is old and needs upgrading, it is in a good location for beach lovers. This was not our intent, because we were there four days for business. There were no on-site laundry facilities. Cleanliness was superficial (I fault the cleaners not the owners) and if you want to cook meals, it is quite challenging with little prep space, small sink and a one-burner hot plate. Bring your own pillows if you want comfort; also you might want to bring your own sheets. The studio is cleverly decorated, but not arranged to see the TV, since the couch is far from the TV; must watch TV in bed. Regardless of these inconveniences, the location is great with access to the beach.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The view of the ocean was outstanding. The owners have done a great job with the pirate decorating theme. Their attention to detail made this a fun place to stay. We had everything we needed from complimentary shampoo and body wash to plenty of linens. The pool and on site beach access are currently unavailable due to hurricane damage but that did not impact our stay. It was too cold to swim and we easily accessed the beach by walking down the beach access road which is directly beside the condo. The location to restaurants and shopping was also a plus. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: It was a very short yet sweet enjoyable get away as my hubby’s bday gift. Beautiful front view of the beach. The descriptions and pictures the post are exactly the way the place is. We really enjoyed the condo room decor! We loved our walks by the beach even through the chilly weather. It was sad to see the hurricane damages of some properties near by. Great/fast communication with the host too! Will visit again in the future!
