Summary: Very cozy and peaceful little cabin. My girlfriend and I stayed with our 2 dogs, and all had a fantastic time :) So many things to see and do in the area. A long weekend was not enough!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great spot for a long weekend for my husband and me. Plenty of room for two people. The fireplace was nice and the kitchen had the basics (though no basic ingredients, e.g. cooking oil). The location was the best feature though- right on Grand Traverse Bay with a gorgeous view out the back of the house. Close to several wineries and hiking trails. Less than a mile from Northport, so very walkable. The cons: The home had a horrible smell when we arrived. We opened all the windows and turned on fans. That helped a little. It got better every day, especially when we bought an air freshener. There were also tiny ants that showed up if we left any food on the counter. The rental company was responsive and said they'd reimburse us for the air freshener.
