Summary: Great location! Beautiful Sunrises! Loved that all bedrooms had at least a full bed. Would be nice if the basement had a full bath but overall was great for our trip. Would stay again.

Summary: The location was perfect to get to downtown or to Sutton's bay and the wineries. We brought our family together from 3 different states to enjoy some time together and this home was perfect to give everyone their own space, not to mention the beautiful view. There were a few things that did not seem to be cleaned upon arrival but we took care of them ourselves. Was probably just an oversight from the cleaning crew.

Ignore this, it is wrong, just come and figure out what you need when you arrive. For example, letter says no salt and pepper, no kitchen towels, no coffee filters. When we got there, we found all of these there (including 6 packages of coffee filters, presumably brought by other people who read the letter and brought their own).Everything else about the rental was great! Great view, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would rent again.

The house was beautiful right on the water plenty of space to relax and enjoy a fire pit balcony large kitchen. The only thing that I would’ve changed was maybe to have another bathroom it only had, two full bathrooms one was in the master suite could use a full bathroom in the basement bathroom. Other than that the house is absolutely perfect for our group loved it, and would stay again.

Summary: Very nice and well maintained property and gorgeous views. Good house layout, bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids under 2. Access to water for swimming is a bit challenging with rocky shoreline but beachfront area was great for bonfires and sand play.

Summary: We had a blast at this location for our long weekend stay. Our group of 9 had plenty of space within the 5 bedrooms. We were very close to downtown traverse city and also the wineries around the area. We also enjoyed the beautiful sandy area behind the house that has a fire pit, plenty of seating, and access to the water. The water area is slightly rocky so I recommend water shoes, however it was extremely clean and ocean blue! The sunrise every morning was gorgeous and every room in the house has a great view of it. I’m addition, you can enjoy a morning coffee from one of multiple deck areas the house offers. The house provides a good amount of kitchenware, bath towels, and seating for all! I recommended bringing your own beach towel. Overall, the house was great, check in was easy, and the communication with the property manager was fantastic! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
