Positive: If you plan to wake up early to see Merapi from the viewpoints around, then this is the perfect place to stay. Very clean 👌 and the staff allowed me to check out one hour later with no additional charge.

Negative: Agree with the prev reviews that there is sewage smell coming from the shower drainer, can easily be solved by putting something to cover it so no big deal.

Summary: Excellent location to go see Merapi

Positive: A great place to stay and will come back again, especially a very warm and friendly services & hospitality of the staffs, mainly from Pak Ian.

Negative: Only 1 nite stay, hope I can stay more than 1 nite.

Positive: Breakfast is good, the hotel is good. Nice view, nice place to relax. All staff are kind.

Negative: One of the bathroom is smelly, probably from the pipeline. Should design another pipeline.
