We are an easy drive to Powder Mountain.
In winter hit the slopes with Utah's finest powder (days after a storm!!), snowshoe or cross country ski in the adjacent park, on the beach or on the frozen lake with fresh air and mountain vistas.
In summer - enjoy the beach and reservoir for all your favorite water sports activities. Year round, explore this beautiful region's hiking and biking trails (many lift accessed in summer). Or just hang around the pool, play tennis or pickleball and unwind.
This well maintained condo is abundantly stocked - has a cook's kitchen, luxury linens, and comfy furniture for relaxing. Each bedroom (on separate levels) has it's own appointed bathroom. Enjoy your private hot tub on the balcony with mountain and lake views, sharing a sun set or star gazing. We employ the strictest cleaning methods to assure your comfort.

Summary: The condo is exactly like the photos, the beds are comfortable, and the property well appointed. We received the check-in instructions just before 4pm. The hot tub was not usable as debris from roofing repairs had fallen into the hot tub prior to our arrival (it was not covered). There was also debris on the deck. Obviously, this is out of the host's control. Otherwise, this review would have been a 5.

Summary: Clean, well-appointed condo with a great location for hiking and checking out Ogden. Loved having breakfast on the balcony and winding down the evenings in the hot tub. Our host gave detailed directions and recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Starting with the covered portico to keep snow off our car, all the way to the hot tub on the patio that provides views of the frozen lake. The UTA Snow Bus stop is about 200yd from the front of the unit, but we drove the 12 minutes to the main base area of Snowbasin. Very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is comfortable (with cozy gas fireplace). High top bar for three is perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but you can seat four at the kitchen bar area. Downstairs has a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath as well as a washer/dryer. Upstairs has a luxurious en suite master with both shower and jetted tub. We particularly loved the big tree that is just beyond the patio — we saw magpies, Northern Flickers, and a giant porcupine!

Summary: Clean, well furnished (including a crock pot), interior is very nice. Great location for skiing at Sun Basin. Management was easy to get a hold of. I would rent again.

Summary: We loved the property. It was comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring the dog. One suggestion: the room with twin beds is very cold. Some insulated shades would help a lot.
