Positive: This spacious 3 bed apartment is in a great location with loads of great restaurants and shops around.The beds were comfy and everything worked fine. The air conditioning, laundry machine and wifi in particular was very good. Good coffee maker and kettle too. We had no issues during out stay and the staff was very responsive to our questions. We would come back again.
Negative: The hallways of this building are very dirty/unkept and there is a strong smell of marijiana but this didn't bother is as we weren't living In the hall and the smell is everywhere in New York. There was only one pot to cook with and the mugs were all chipped but this was a minor issue as we didnt do much cooking. The use of an extension chord in the bathroom for the washing machine which we then had to swap over to use the microwave was odd but the machine itself worked great. For 3 separate bedrooms it is still good value.. There is no separate living area except dining table/kitchen and tv is in one bedroom. The painting finishes were really messy but walls were nice and clean.

Positive: I recently stayed at this amazing property and honestly had an experience far beyond my expectations. First of all, the location was fantastic. It’s right in the heart of the city and extremely central in terms of transportation. The train station was just a couple of minutes’ walk away, which was a great advantage for someone like me who loves to travel. Despite being in such a central location, the place was incredibly quiet and peaceful. I only had to climb one flight of stairs at the entrance, but this small detail didn’t cause me any inconvenience at all. When it comes to cleanliness, I can say it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The rooms were spotless, everything was well-organized, and I felt completely comfortable with the hygiene standards. Even the smallest details were thoughtfully taken care of. Although the building is old, the apartment was well-maintained and equipped with new furniture. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and were able to cook comfortably. The entire staff was extremely helpful; they patiently answered all my questions and responded quickly to my needs. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel truly at home. I didn’t experience any problems; on the contrary, I enjoyed every moment. I will definitely come back again!
Summary: So much more than I imagined! It was a perfect stay in every sense of the word.
