Positive: Everything in the park and cabin was really top notch, loved it a lot. Very nice location on the river too.
Negative: The mattress was the softest mattress I've ever slept on, and it was so soft that it was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE and the size of the giant soft pillows also were extremely uncomfortable so basically everything was absolute perfection and I totally love everything but the fact that those soft mattresses hurt my back and the fact that those pillows hurt my neck makes me honestly never want to go to stay in any accommodation anywhere ever again In my life. Seriously this cabin and park was so good and absolutely lovely but those soft mattresses are an absolute joke and literally the most painful horrible type of bed you could possibly ever choose. If accommodation in future is going to have those pillows and that mattress I honestly am never ever booking any accommodation ever again in my life. Those super soft mattresses are painful and they cause absolute chaos and whoever installed those soft mattresses and those massive painfully soft pillows should 100 percent be fired and sent to live UNDER THE PRISON. I am extremely unhappy about the mattress and pillow style because it made me realise that as much as I love visiting parks and motels, it is actually impossible to sleep on that type of bed and this choice of bed and pillow style is so repulsive and obnoxious that now I genuinely don't ever want to go anywhere ever again because the pain in my back is just awful. This type of super soft mattress and giant soft pillow should seriously be illegal and I am beyond unimpressed with how its even possible that something that awful and disgusting and painful is considered 'comfortable'... its actually repulsive and a total nightmare and words cannot express how much i truly truly despise those soft mattresses.
Summary: Lovely park and excellent cabin, mattress way too soft to the point where i would never ever return

Positive: We like the water park, and pools and access to the river.
Negative: This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at maidens inn, on the last two occasions we have been disappointed. Our rooms have not been clean, floors dirty, bench tops & tables not wiped down & dishes also dirty, The cabins have been filled with baby spiders on this stay and our last stay. We also have a family of wasps living under our cabin this time which is concerning with children.
Summary: Generally we like the park & facilities however the rooms cleanliness is certainly an issue that has not been a one

Positive: There was plenty for the kids to do with pools, large outdoor TV screen, water park, games area and more Food and coffee trucks meant that you really didn't need to leave the park often Close to river for those with boats wanting to enjoy water sports or just relax by the waters edge Great views Plenty of bbq areas Relaxed friendly atmosphere
Negative: Advertised with WiFi but it didn't work at all TV in cabin too small Check in / check out times could be a little more accommodating to give you a little more bang for buck considering nightly price to rent
