The holiday villa is on the highly rated community of Highlands Reserve, a prestigious golf course. Guests have free use of tennis courts, a large communal swimming pool and children's play park. Apart from the world renowned attractions, only moments from the magic but far enough to experience tranquility from the busy tourist district.

The family living area has a large flat screen tv with ample comfortable seating. A coffee table with reading for your pleasure, a couch, loveseat, chair and two end tables

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and has an island for seating 3. There is a separate table which has additional seating. A large pantry closet is set off to the side. A BABY HIGH CHAIR is provided along with baby server plates and utensils.

The first bedroom overlooking the pool is a king master suite with a king bed, walk in closet, 2 night stands with lamps and a dresser. There is a nook in the corner with a desk and chair in case you need to do a little work away from home. In addition there is a sliding door directly to pool deck.

Summary: This home is about 25-30 minutes from Disney parks which was great. The pool was the highlight, we loved spending time out there and appreciated that it is screened in! Comfy beds were much appreciated too!

Summary: This house is situated in a very nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very convenient to get to Disney and was just under 30 minutes every time. Our stay was in June and we never hit any heavy traffic going to the parks, even leaving during morning “rush hour” to make rope drop. It was so nice to have the space to spread out and extra bathrooms for showering after long days at the parks. The pool area is private and not open to neighbors and my kids were very excited to have pool floaties there to play with. There is also a much larger patio table than is currently shown in the photos and could easily seat 10. It is in a covered area on the patio, which is so nice to have on those super hot days, and the tv outside was an added bonus for playing music while we were in the pool. There were a few cleaning issues upon arrival, and we contacted the owner and she responded very quickly. The owner was so helpful and amazing at making sure we had a good stay!

Summary: The villa is extremely well situated, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Its also close to the 192 and I-4, so the parks, shops and everything else are easily accessed.The villa is open plan, like most are in the area, with the garage converted to a games room.Small issues with soft furnishings were dealt with immediately by the hosts, and we had no issues with this.In summary, we greatly enjoyed the villa and spent two comfortable weeks there. We would highly recommend the villa.

Summary: The property was exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’ve stayed at Highlands Reserve before and so know the area and what to expect; this time was no different. The location is ideal, the house secure and safe and the neighbours also welcoming and pleasant. We had one very slight issue with a smoke alarm battery running out and beeping and not being accessible due to the height of the ceiling. However the management company came straight out and sorted the issue within 15 minutes which was excellent. Would stay again without any hesitation
