Summary: Basic hotel that needs a bit of a refresh. Adequate accommodation though as you only need the facilities to sleep in as you spend most of the time in the Parks. No tea or coffee facilities in your room and the vending machine that you can use once a day, is often out of order.

Summary: Reception helpful, great budget Disney hotel, shuttle very easy. Room cleaned every day. Starbucks and Disney shop on site.

Summary: Wonderful hotel with great theming. Room was clean and well looked after. Basic as its a 2* hotel, but plenty of room and amenities for just myself. Before travelling I was concerned about temperature as the hotel does not have air conditioning. But I was pleasantly surprised. Air con would have been better, but with me leaving curtains closed in the day, then opening the window in the evening and having the fan on in the evening and at night I slept comfortably despite the heatwave. My room was well located being only about 3mins from the main reception and shop area, but also right on the path to the parks. In total it took just 8minutes to reach the Disney Village and only 18minutes to get to the park entrance. Tickets were included in my booking and it was super easy to add the booking to the Disneyland Paris app so I could get my MagicPass and book restaurants etc.

Summary: Had a very long hot day in the parks and was excited to get to my room and rest. Check in was quick and easy with helpful staff. Got to my room and it was clean a little warm from the hot day but I opened some windows and put the ceiling fan on which helped cool the room. Had a nice sleep in a comfy bed. Wash and showered in the morning and was back out in the parks. The hotel has great theming and the rooms are clean and comfortable.. if your staying in the parks most of your day this hotel is the perfect stop over.

Summary: It’s an old run down motel. No air at all. The shower just goes between burning your skin off and freezing every couple minutes. Theming that is barely there and left over from the previous attempt to theme. Spend a little more money save some self respect and book the Cheyenne.

Summary: Staff very friendly on arrival and asked if they could move us to the Cheyenne and promptly delivered our luggage and took us to the park. Smooth checkin later after a full day in the park. Pleased with service at both hotels

Summary: This property is very dated. Broken tiles in bathroom. Roaches crawling on the wall. Maid carts left in the halls. Paid four night stayed 2. Not refunded any money and I also didn’t ask. Was told I probably would not have been refunded anyways. So not worth the price paid.
