Summary: Great hotel that we’ve stayed at before. Best perk is being able to take a pleasant walk to the parks! We absolutely love the cars music thats piped in around reception and the grounds. Really makes you appreciate being in the bubble! Would definitely stay agaiin

Summary: No A/C in rooms Tubs high step in. Slippery tub, no slip guards, & Hard to get in & out of for elderly. Seems to not have temp regulators on water. Got burned several times after setting to right temp. No refrigerator in rooms Tubs high, no ice machines. Internet/wifi spotty. Restaurant only has buffet Bar has limited food choices

Summary: Our stay here was much better than expected. The hotel is Cars themed and although the property is not new - it was very clean/comfortable and we had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful - they are what make this place worth staying at. The parks are about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride.

Summary: Hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The light socket was hanging off, stains on the carpets and stains on the bedding. Walls are paper thin and so not recommended for light sleepers, unless you pack ear plugs (luckily we did). Starbucks on site is handy for a drink before you start your day. Lots of potential but under utilised. Overall, disappointed with the experience and really did expect better from a Disney branded hotel.

Summary: The hotel is spotless, bathrooms and bedrooms so clean. The reception area was hectic, thronged with people; the water machine in the main building was out of order and Starbucks did not have any pastries for sale at breakfast time.

Summary: This hotel is perfect for families who just want somewhere to crash at the end of the day. It’s not as plush as some of the others but we spent barely any time there. The beds were comfy, everywhere was clean and plenty of room. We even managed to get a kettle and cups sent to the room after emailing in advance. We stayed in the Cheyenne last year and although you get air con and drinks in your room that’s the only real difference. It takes the same amount of time to walk to the park (roughly 15-20 mins). It was a heatwave when we stayed in May half term and the room was still cool enough for sleeping. I did panic but the fan was great. For the money I can’t fault it and would stay again!
