Summary: was extremely satisfied with my stay at Divan Ankara. The hotel was impeccably clean, and my room was very comfortable. It was truly commendable that every detail one might need during a stay had been thoughtfully considered. The staff was a definite highlight. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Eren Ortakcı. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, he was consistently attentive, solution-oriented, and professional in every respect. Thanks to him, my stay was significantly more comfortable and enjoyable. When I return to Ankara, my choice will undoubtedly be Divan Ankara.
