Summary: good hotel but not the best lots of official government business guests so parking lot was hectic, lots of black suits!

Summary: I like to stay in Divan Hotels. But this time there was a smell in the corridors and in the room. This weird and unpleasant smell most probably coming from decayed carpets and from the upholster of the armchair. I was like a smoking room, or may be even though the rooms are non smoking some guests are smoking in the rooms :-(

Summary: Not too impressed with the check in, but all in all it’s a great hotel. Breakfast was ok, we asked for some type of eggs and received boiled, not a big problem, but not what we requested. The location is great and the hotel is awesome.

Summary: No air conditioning in the rooms, as the hotel considers late May to be “winter”, even though the room was 25°C at night. They did provide a fan, but it wasn’t a great substitute. The hotel is also showing its age in several areas and would benefit from a refurbishment. The room lighting was another frustration — you practically need a degree in logic puzzles to work it out. I never managed to switch off the hall lights without using the master switch, which cuts all power to the room, meaning no charging phones or devices overnight. Overall, there are better hotel options in Ankara.

Summary: Loved it! Amazing staff. So clean. Accomodated my every need. They literally had everything at the hotell. Great food, hairdresser, spa, patisserie, sushi. Security made us feel safe. Parking right outside. The spa was amazing. And all the small details just made everything feel so luxurious. I want to go back to Ankara just because I want to spend another night at the Divan.
