Summary: I enjoyed the swimming pool and the sashimi bar, amazing food. Sauna is good. Location is good, staffs are exceptional. however the room itself is not as clean to a five star standard and my room faces the street so a bit nosy at night

Summary: Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. truly outstanding service and they try to go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand!
