Summary: This is my fourth or fifth stay. The reception mixed the two rooms that I reserved, and we had problems with connecting the wifi. The AC was very noisy that we did not sleep all first night, and they changed the room next day. I informed the receptionist that this night should be compensated. Couple of days the bathrooms were not properly prepared. We were denied to have one hour later check out due to the hotel fully booked.
