Positive: First of all, I'd like to thank receptionist Costa. He was so fun and kind. He was so helpful. The hotel was also wonderful. Alcohol, food, entertainment, and everything were unlimited. I highly recommend it.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with all the comforts I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I want to give a special shoutout to Ahmed and Costa, who went above and beyond to assist me. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, arranging transport, or just checking in to make sure I was comfortable, their service was exceptional. Positive: Everything i asked for was done immediately. Mr. Costa the guest relationship manager have been very helpful in responding to my requests starting from a very special dinner upon my arrival as i missed the dinner and wanted something special and that was very late at night. Moreover he was very helpful in suggesting the day trips and gave me the best advice for Everything, where to go and how to go. He was very generous and very respectful.
