Positive: Clean and organized. The decor was consistent with the home age 1940ish.
Negative: We couldn’t figure out how to use the TV with three remotes. They should have clear directions, especially for us non-technology old timers. They had two coffee makers, but the one that was hardwired in didn’t work or we couldn’t figure it out. Neither was a big deal to us, but it might be to others.
Summary: A pretty good deal for two, but it would be a fantastic deal as w/ 4-6 folks 2 BRs w/sleeper couch

Positive: The property is super cute with nice porches to relax on. Perfect distance in between Carrabelle and St George Island. Great price for the area.
Negative: The water smelt absolutely horrendous. Like sulfur. After a long day at the beach the one thing you want is a nice shower. Only other thing I’d advise is to have some water on hand, ice and some coffee. Bc it is quite a drive to just go for a cup of coffee. Other than that this place was awesome.
Summary: Relaxing, affordable and a nice place to relax and enjoy time with family away from the hustle and bustle.
