Positive: Had a wonderful stay at Divine Resort. Just like its name, the experience here truly feels divine. The resort is absolutely beautiful with a perfect location and stunning views that make the whole atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The food was excellent and every meal was really enjoyable. The entire staff was warm, friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention to Sandhya from Divine Cafe and Sachin from the Bell Desk, who were truly amazing and took great care of us throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention made our experience even more memorable. One of the best parts of our stay was the evening Ganga Aarti held daily at the resort. Since it was included for all guests, we also got the opportunity to attend it, and it turned out to be the most beautiful and memorable moment of our stay. The entire experience was truly peaceful and special. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Rishikesh and definitely highly recommended!

Positive: Accommodations were very nice. Wish we had more time to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Restaurant has good options allowing everyone to find something to eat. The cafe is also a nice option with pastries and ice cream. The hotel does conduct aarti for guests which we did not attend however you can walk from the garden to the water and touch the Ganga River.

Negative: The check out process which involves having someone check your room before you can leave. I understand this is to ensure charges for snacks and drinks consumed in the room and maybe to make sure you did not take anything from the room however this process took close to 45 minutes.

Summary: Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Positive: Great location over looking rapids and rafters in the Ganges river and near tourist sights. Modern hotel with pleasant staff.

Negative: The bathroom was very clean and up to date. But the shower did not drain well creating safety hazard on slippery floor.
