Positive: - I like that the host replied at 1 am to help me get it, but clear instructions will help to avoid it - I like the location and neighbourhood. It's good! - I like that there was everything for a comfortable stay

Negative: - Unacceptable smell of the smoke in the room!!!! You are living in ASHRTRAY and just can't breathe! The reaction from the host was like he was surprised, but that smell in the furniture, walls, bedsheets - everywhere. Someone smoked there for a long time! - Dirty floor. - AC is unbearably loud! - Not possible to have a blanket and it was too cold to sleep during the night

Positive: Beautiful and nice designed apartment, very professionally equipped. All amenities, fresh towels, slippers. The staff communication was on the top level, even tho I booked last minute at the late time,manager was very thoughtful and caring.

Positive: Clean Location worked for us. Only a 20 min walk to the train station and under a half hour walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see

Negative: Had an issue with the TV. Internet randomly stopped working in the middle of our watching. Owner comped us a bit for our inconvenience
