Summary: Older Motel right on the water. No Air Conditioning, but they did have a ceiling fan and standing fan. Full kitchen.

Summary: Our room had been recently remodeled and was in great shape. The room was very clean and quiet. It's not a fancy place but a nice and comfortable place to lodge. It's only a short drive (7 minutes) to downtown Gaylord but still off the beaten track. We enjoyed our time at Dixon Resort and would recommend it.

Summary: This place was perfect. My son and I went on a golf weekend. It was the best place we could’ve stayed. I loved looking at the lake rather than a parking lot. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to staying there next year.

Summary: The location was great . The problem was the add said the room was 700 sq. feet it was about 300 sq. feet. The room needs a total upgrade . Wall sockets wouldn't hold a plug the doors need new handles and were hard to close . The sink and faucets need updating. Everything was old .It was like being in the 50's . The plus side was the tennets were very friendly. I would go back if the upgrades were done.
