Positive: The staff were great and very welcoming. The location is excellent, and the room was nice and warm.

Negative: A few things could be improved: the staff could ask in advance what time you want your breakfast, as I had to wait about 30 minutes after arriving. Also, I wasn’t sure about the parking — I don’t know if it wasn’t mentioned on the booking or if I missed it — and had to pay 20 dirhams for the whole day, which is cheap but worth mentioning. Finally, the instructions on how to reach the hotel could have been a bit clearer.

Positive: The house is very very big, super clean and very modern. It has 2 floors each with a living room. It has two bathrooms for greater comfort and 3 bedrooms (one even themed for children). All rooms have heating so the climate inside the house is ideal. It really is an incredible place to be able to rest and even be able to work remotely and take advantage of getting to know the beautiful city of Fez.

Positive: Hamza (the owner) is an excellent host as are the rest of his staff. Helpful, forward thinking and so obliging. They could not do enough for us. The hotel is in an excellent location, easy car parking a couple of minutes away and an open air market and many restaurants very close by within a 3 minute walk. The rooms have been newly upgraded and the restaurant is ideal. The breakfast is one of the best we have had and for the price do not expect a 5* hotel, you are not paying 5* prices but you do get a 5* service and welcome.

Negative: Absolutely nothing apart from not staying longer.
