Positive: I arrived here because I was skiing in kolasin and I needed to stay one more night. That was because a big snowfall. The personal was very kind with me, giving me some advices and offering me a tea. Next morning my car appeared stuck in the snow. Alexander and his son helped me a lot, with some tools and their experience, and we managed to get it out of the snow. So I was able to return home thanks to him.
