Summary: We are here for the itf tournament. This was one of their host hotel. The location is off the main road. It as a small market next to the hotel. The rooms are larger than I expected. The bathroom is updated with shower and tub with good hot water. We stayed at royal palace last year. The in dk are bigger and more updated. Hotel staffs are friendly. The hotel restaurant is a hit or miss. The pasta can be good one day and not so good the next day. But the servers are great.

Summary: Ask for a room on the 4th floor. They are much cleaner and modern. Overall it was a good hotel. They could do some improvement with basic customer training on the front desk.

Summary: The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, and other activities. It also has a supermarket and bakery at the ground level for any needs. Its restaurants provide delicious meals and drinks at affordable prices. The entire hotel staff is friendly and professional.
