Summary: Nice place. And I would recommend if you arrive during reception opening hours. If not, Instructions on how to contact the place for late check in was a problem. There is only a phone number and when you call it, the person asks you to write but you then have to call hotels.com for where to write. I wrote 3 emails and nothing happened until I called again on the day of arrival. I think hotels.com is to blame for the most part but the hotel was very late to reply.

Summary: The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁
