Need a little River Therapy? Doc Tom's is the place to be! This property is a 3BR/2BA house on the Carrabelle River, equipped with a dock, fish cleaning station, and running water, it is perfect for the everyday fisherman! This home sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom, the second and third bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a queen size bed, while the other room has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. The queen bedroom has French doors that open up to the up stairs balcony, where you will have beautiful views of the Carrabelle River!

Summary: Great location adjacent to River and near Carrabelle Boat Club which we use so very convenient. Quiet neighborhood which was nice. Next door neighbor appears to be a little eccentric with a dozen cameras pointed at the house....perhaps some prior issues for him with renters....but no issues for us...just be aware if you stay here. :)

Summary: We had a fishing tournament and this location was perfect for us. The house was roomy and comfortable for the few minutes we slept.

Summary: We had a great time on our trip! House was very comfortable and great time fishing! The pier was very unstable and really needs to be rebuilt.. never received any information on check in process and had to really dig to get in touch with property manager to access front door code. Besides that had a wonderful time!

Summary: The house was great! With the dock at the river we were able to accommodate two boats. The AC was nice and cold, bed were very comfy. Would definitely recommend to others.
