A Queen Size Bed, with super soft linens upgraded to 1500 plus thread count for comfortable sleeping softness. Great Pillows. Thick Large Bath Sheets and Towels, plus Large Spa Towels are provided, along with Fluffy Spa Robes to use at Hot Tub and Sauna.
Personal Care Products also provided. Bath Salts, Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotions, plus other comfort items for your use. Our Attention is to Your Comfort and Relaxation.
The 7 Person Hot Tub and 4 Person Infrared Sauna are also provided for further enjoyment. These are open to your use at any time of the Day or Night, as is the kitchen. We really do not want anyone hungry!
Seating Groupings in Terraced Gardens for conversation, entertainment and enjoyment. The property backs to a wetland area of Ft Stevens established during the American Civil War. Elk and Deer along with Birds of the Pacific Northwest can be easily viewed from the large deck or from the seating rocks located throughout the garden levels. Moorings will lead you to the Driftwood Boardwalk over a small bridge to the Courtyard Area for further Seating and enjoyment.
Fountains and Creative Planting of flowers and flowering shrubs provide a Lovely backdrop for Small Romantic Weddings. Family gatherings, smaller groups. Ponds, Waterfalls, complete the setting.
This is a Cannabis Friendly Home and Location. Alcohol over consumption would really be a drag. Not a Rage Party House. Neither Owner or Manager Consume Alcohol. Wine and a couple beers about the limit here. NO ONE UNDER 21 Years of age.
Guest access
Our Guests are provided with everything that they would find a need for! We actually do live in the main house and share our home and experiences freely. Food is not a problem, we simply open everything to the Guest. We will inquire before Guest arrival for a list of favorite food, must haves, those will be on site for your enjoyment. Guests have full use of the property. Following basic things, like no loud music etc. after 11pm. Hot Tub and Sauna can be used at any time.
Other things to note
Our intent has been to provide a very cool place for those that enjoy cannabis. To Provide a Unique Experience for relaxation and fun. Those Guests that do not consume or want to participate in marijuana, we are sensitive to those feelings as well.
This part of Oregon will be busy with others from Everywhere! Traffic can get busy. The Beach is open to 4X4 vehicles. We have a place to park a Guest Boat at the house. last piece of Oregon soil located between the Columbia River and the Ocean! the beach is just minutes away. But can not be seen from the house, however the sounds are always there. The fog horn, seals, frogs at night, It is, Just way cool... Our Invited Guests have not wanted to leave. found tranquility, peace of mind, and of course yummy foods. We can not provide Any Cannabis Products to our guests, as that would be a violation of State laws, but we provide natural products for breakfast and snack lunches for your enjoyment, even a treat for your pet(s). We also provide a dog yard for further relaxation with your pet.

Summary: Very nice people, very welcoming. Lovely property. One minor nit picky thing: the pictures show a bedroom with a bed facing the television but the room we stayed in the tv was off to the side and you really couldn't watch it comfortably from the bed.

Summary: The great amount of love and effort that Deb and Sam have put into their property is evident . The garden is gorgeous. The guest rooms are super spacious and get great cross-breezes. Every comfort is provided. In addition to delicious, huge breakfasts, Deb also brings around snack plates and other treats (homemade tiramisu was a wonderful surprise!). The sound of their birds made us feel right at home. Very nice to be able to enjoy marijuana without sneaking or hiding. We enjoyed getting to know our hosts. Come in the mood for lots of good conversation!

Summary: We were blown away by the experience at Deb's dock! Deb truly brings a traditional bed and breakfast experience to those staying here. She cooked us an amazing breakfast both days of our stay (timed at our request to accommodate our plans for the day.) We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evenings, which overlooks her incredible, multi-tiered garden space with pathways babbling brook, and koi waterfall pond. Tea was served on the deck, along with a special evening treat! Our pups were treated like members of the family. We could not have asked for a more unique and accommodating experience.... It was like staying with a favorite relative who leaves you alone to do whatever you want throughout the day XD Treat yourself to a stay at Deb's the next time you're in Astoria.

Summary: My husband and I wanted to get away for some kid free days to celebrate my 40th birthday. Deb made sure from our arrival to departure that we felt incredibly comfortable and had all our needs met. Her attention to detail made it feel so special and unique. The garden is lush and a fantasy world to walk around and explore. You can hear the ponds running falls through the night from your bedroom window. It was so incredibly tranquil. Sam made sure the hot tub was open and inviting every time there was even a whisper of a potential hot tub soak in the mind. Breakfast both mornings was as quality and delicious as any trendy place you wait in line for and in the evening we were delivered dessert and fresh flavored ice water. The sheets and towels were clean and luxurious and the bathroom was stocked with all the amenities of a hotel. However my favorite part of the stay was the freedom and ability to relax and use cannabis at my leisure. Other hotels and places have strict outdated rules and at Debs Dock420 the worry and judgement was eliminated. Thank you Deb and Sam! We will see you guys again next time.

Summary: Sam & Deb were so welcoming and kind. They gave us a grand tour of their lovely property and let us know we were free to be ourselves. They and even their neighbor Ted were understanding when we made a terrible (accidental) ruckus late one night. The sheets are as soft as promised and the 24 hour hot tub is hot. The room is large so you can really spread out. Deb made the most incredible breakfasts for everyone. We didn't get to take advantage of the infrared sauna and amazing backyard, but i hope we'll get a chance to return. Stay at Dock 420 B & B... you won't regret it!
