Positive: Location, price. Quiet over the weekend.

Negative: Building is showing it's age. There was a dirty towel in the room that the staff dealt with immediately. I noticed the carpet threshold was poking through the carpet, .mentioned to the maintenance staff and he was setting up a time to repair right away.

Positive: Very nice beds and clean rooms with very diligent room cleaning. Nice location as a brewery is within walking distance and an excellent Mexican restaurant (both less than one block away). Met all my needs for a weekend work trip.

Summary: Highly recommend and I would stay again without hesitation.
