Summary: Good review: This was an out of the way small bungalow. The check in process was great and the view was beautiful. Bad reviews: This Bungalow was on a shared lot, with a shared dock. The "neighbors" whom we shared the dock with, left a bucket of dead shrimp out making the entire outside smell. Not to mention the beer cans/bottles laying around. There is not a king bed as advertised. It was a very uncomfortable queen bed that loudly creaked with every movement. There was an awning on the small balcony which we found amusing, as it had been "fixed" with poles to short to extend past the gutters making it useless. The first time using the shower, turning on the faucet, water sprayed everywhere all over the walls and ceiling. Mentioning this to management on VRBO they said they would take care of it "immediately" however my husband ended up taking out the filter making it workable as no one ever showed up. We assume the filter was clogged. Their wifi is basically non-existent. We needed to use our cell phone "mobile hot spot" to get any wifi signal, which was also needed to use the TV. There is very little mini fridge. There is plenty of room for a full size refrigerator. We needed to buy a small cooler to keep ice in. We were also told we would need filters for the coffee maker, come to find out it's a Kuerig which I specifically asked about. Telling me management doesn't actually know what's all in this rental. We were so fed up, we checked out a day early.

Summary: Everything was amazing, location was beautiful. Enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. Having the back door open and hearing the boats go by was amazing

Summary: Overall it was a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is questionable looking - but we had zero issues with anyone. The bedding was substandard. There is only a small fridge and no stove - there is also a wine chiller. The views were beautiful and the river always interesting to watch.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Ruskin although we knew nothing about the area before arrival. We appreciated that the "bungalow" was outside of the urban sprawl of Tampa and St Petersburg but also close enough to drive to both. We found lots of fun and relaxing things to do. The Little Manatee River was beautiful and the property owners provided 2 nice kayaks that we were able to use to explore. There was another rental in pretty close proximity but it didn't cause us any problems and we felt like we had our privacy once we parked and went inside the house. The back deck and dock were right on the water and the property owner was very friendly and helpful when she stopped by to do some work around the place. I recommend this property highly!

Summary: Kyle was excellent from the time I booked throughout my stay. The property was very clean with all amenities needed. The deck access to the water was absolutely fantastic for fishing, and for the occasional sighting of a manatee swimming by. Very quiet rural community but close enough to urban needs.. Summary: We were very comfortable staying in our bungalow. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed being on the river watching dolphins, birds and an alligator swimming. Kyle is an excellent host! We would definitely stay there again!
