Positive: Located in a quiet area. Parking space available just in front of the of the property at no cost. Nice little backyard. All 4 rooms had en-suite bathrooms. ❤️

Negative: There was no sugar in the kitchen 🤣

Positive: Very spacious apartment with an allocated carpark right in front. Well equipped. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had large ensuites. Quiet location. Great communication with the owner.

Negative: There was a shocking smell in the main toilet. Possibly a broken sewer pipe? Kitchen could have been cleaner.
