Summary: Nice home with plenty of parking and good views. The house has its own dock in the canal that leads out into the bay if you bring your boat. We have been Sailing down there each year for 37 years and this house is a great location for that and also for fishing boats.

Summary: We enjoyed the location of this home. Space was nice. The air conditioner worked great. We spent time fishing the canal and kayaking. Great access to beach/gulf with a quick walk. We will get back to visit in the future.

Summary: We loved our stay at Sunset Point!! The included kayaks were an awesome addition to the beautiful home and it’s location. The only reason I am rating four stars instead of five is because two of the three bathrooms had a toilet that barely flushed and one that kept stopping up so we were down to sharing one bathroom. There were two plungers provided but, unfortunately, they were both broken. However, our stay was more than pleasant enough to outweigh this minor setback. Thank you for providing good service at a quality price! We are already planning a return stay!

Summary: Sunset Point had everything our family needed for our vacation. The beach access is very close and easy to get to. We loved being on the canal. Taking the kayaks out gave us a new way to explore the island. The inside of the home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the basic items we needed to cook our meals. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Great place to stay, especially if you have a dog. There’s a nice view of the ocean from the front porch and the canal it sits on is equally as peaceful. The house is very clean and you can tell the care that has been put into it.

Summary: Direct access on a canal you can keep your boat at your back door dog friendly place nice and clean not much on trailer parking but. U can make it work. Used the house for the ADSFR 22 and it worked great.
