Summary: The location of the home is perfect. Boat dock is great caught a lot of fish. However, the home itself needs a lot of work. And the outside areas are so overgrown. We had to prune the walkways ourselves to make it safe for people to walk down to the boat dock.

Summary: Loved the view and boat access (although landscaping needs to be maintained to avoid unobstructed views of the lake). Several concerning and disappointing factors negatively impacted our stay, which we outlined and sent to VACASA around uncleanliness and the poor condition of the home.

Summary: Quiet comfortable home on CDA lake! ESy check in and out! Most necessities provided.. Only missed having cookie sheets, a crock pot, coffee,.. and laundry soap. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Steep driveway. BARELY room for 2 cars. 17 steps between floors!! "Twin beds" in closet!!! TOO TIGHT. Electric outlets don't work, bulb over table burned out, NO PROPANE IN TANKS!!!!! Not very clean, ie rugs not vacuumed, etc. NEVER AGAIN.

Summary: The Cleland Bay Cabin was a nice stop on our journey across the country. The beach and dock were very relaxing. We saw many hummingbirds on the deck that were attracted to the potted flowering petunias. Sitting quietly on the lower deck, we watched chipmunks and squirrels. We watched a neighbor take off and land each day with a turboprop plane, which was cool. The cabin is adequately furnished with everything needed for a getaway. Be sure to bring enough supplies if you don't want to travel too far for a meal. The closest restaurants and decent grocery store are about 20 minutes away by car or boat. We were here during mid-week, so it was quiet. The best parts of the stay were the views and access to the water. We had friends with a boat pick us up at the dock, which is very nice for anyone with a boat.

Summary: Great private feel and waterfront views! It has some quirks but what lake cabin doesn't?! Nice, clean cabin with decks that have lots of room, and private beach/dock to enjoy the water.

Summary: Considering the price I paid, I was disappointed in the quality of amenities throughout the house. Upon arrival, the front door knob was loose and concerned me about the safety and integrity of the house. The flooring was torn in spots, the window treatments were broken and bent. The kitchen counter metal trim was missing in areas and tore 2 shirts due to the sharp metal exposure. The appliances were less than desirable; no coffee pot, no toaster, no dishwasher. The washer “temperature “ setting knob was missing, and the hanging lightbulb above the kitchen table did not work. The redeeming aspect of this house is the view of the lake and the patio furniture.

Summary: The property was overpriced for the location and it's condition. Several essential aspects of the rental were not working and the support staff was non responsive to our requests for help. We were not satisfied with the rental.

Summary: The house has adequate space and we loved having a dock to park our boat. There is Spokane Point boat launch right up the road, however no place to park tour boat trailer. There was a big driveway however I do believe the owner stays in their camper while the home is in use. Wasn’t an issue for us, however something to note as we were unaware.
